The extensive solo exhibition “opferblech” by Toni Schmale comprises a selection of existing works as well as works produced especially for the show. Her large-format steel sculptures can be considered as both highly aesthetic and technically perfected forms as well as reflexive elements that confront viewers with their own physicality.
